\xc2\xb7 Administrate internal and external market surveillance topics for follow-up, planning up-selling
\xc2\xb7 Support responsible Sales colleagues with customer database maintenance and leads management
\xc2\xb7 Support responsible Sales colleagues with Opportunity Management, market and country requirements, Support responsible Sales colleagues with Small Part Quotes creation and System Order Quote adjustment order processing.
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate order and contract review including documentation with applicable departments like Sales, Support, Finance, Legal etc.
\xc2\xb7 Manage customer service inquiries about prices, deliveries, invoices, documentation etc.
\xc2\xb7 Manage Accounts Receivables by regular follow-up and resolving discrepancies
\xc2\xb7 Administrate Field Safety Notices / Safe Use Reminders distribution and documentation
\xc2\xb7 Support responsible Sales and Support colleagues with Customer Relationship Management.
