1. Promote the implementation of the company's key sales projects, form a complete closed loop of target measurement, assessment index output, execution process follow-up, and result review to achieve business results;
2. Build sales product tools, learn business strategies and sales behaviours, abstract business frameworks, output BRDs, and continuously optimize business strategy on products to improve sales efficiency
3. Establish and improve the BD KPI management structure, including program planning, implementation, process management, analysis of performance-related data, formation of performance analysis review report, and performance improvement plans and suggestions
4. Regularly conduct research, understand industry market and competitive information, and connect various cross-departmental collaborative projects and process optimization of sales systems;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in Internet company operation, preferably with sales operation experience;
3. Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, PPT, SQL, etc.
4. strong project management skills;
5. Strong cross-team communication
