The Employer is the Singapore office of a large Asian manufacturer-distributor of automotive rubber products. The Singapore office is involved in international trading of raw materials and finished products, trade operations, international logistics and trade finance. It has a lean team that works closely with counterparts in the HQ as well as offices in other countries. To support the growing business, it is looking for an experienced senior candidate to join the team as:

Responsibilities



The selected candidate will play a critical supporting role in the daily functions of the Singapore Operations. He/She will be involved in managing/supporting:





Sales, Logistics, and day-to-day administrative functions. Relevant documentation across the sales cycle including Presales Enquiries, Customer Master Database, Order Booking, Invoicing, Collection, and FX forward covers. Assist finance team with preparation of accounts and other trade finance related operations. Material replenishment, logistic of materials from vendors to customer warehouse, and monitoring performance. Reviewing and preparing quotation, comparison and summarization Tracking of contract renewals and renegotiate prices and terms of contracts Assist in drawing up the quarterly/annual sales plans Establish, manage and maintain relationships with customers Compliance with internal procedure manuals. Daily/monthly reports for senior management.

Requirements



Ideal candidates will have:


Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade 10-15 years of experience in supporting Sales/Purchasing functions in a trading company Knowledge of Documentation for sales and purchasing operations in a high-volume international trading environment Cross-functional experience Ability to support trading, commercial and finance colleagues with their documentation requirements Ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent projects Good communication and follow-up skills * Meticulous. Ability to deal with timelines and submission schedules.
