What You'll Do

Sales & Client Engagement

Identify and reach out to new business opportunities Meet with corporate clients and understand their event needs Prepare and pitch creative event proposals Build strong, lasting client relationships

Event Planning & On-site Operations

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate event logistics Track budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables Support live events on-site (some evening/weekend work may be required) Ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally, from start to finish

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in events, MICE, hospitality or sales (fresh grads welcome!) Confident communicator - fluent in

English

and

Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) Organised, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure Willing to travel and work flexible hours when needed A team player with a "can-do" attitude
