Responsibilities
Support sales pipeline management and maintain accurate CRM records
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and client updates
Coordinate between sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes
Analyse sales data and compile performance reports
Help with follow-ups, client scheduling and administrative support
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving workflows
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM or sales tools experience preferred
Interest in sales operations, data analysis and process optimisation
