Support the implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and records.
Assist in identifying process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Handle communication with clients and provide after-sales support when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
4 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or administrative roles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
