Job Description


  • Manage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory - incoming/outgoing goods
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy
  • Update daily and timely on all incoming/ outgoing stock accurately
  • Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.
  • Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports
  • Monitor, track and maintain in-house system and warehouse inventory levels
  • Investigate discrepancies/issues and perform stock count
  • Inventory reconciliation between in-house system and the physical
  • Perform stock transfers, stock allocation and stock adjustment
  • Retail outlet order processing and delivery coordination
  • Conduct physical cycle count and stock take - monthly/quarterly/yearly
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Salary commensurate with experience
