For additional information, visitPOSITION OVERVIEWIn this role, you will manage all aspects of sales operations, including pricing, planning and forecasting, quotas, incentives, analytics, lead flows and SFDC. As part of a fast growing organization, you will provide key inputs into sales strategy, customer segmentation, organisation structure, process improvement, and business analytics. With strong analytical skill to perform analysis on data, you shall assist business in making smart decisions.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a business consulting role, working closely with diverse user groups including Senior Management, Sales & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Legal to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information
  • Track sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting, renewal tracking, database maintenance, SFDC hygiene and contract processing
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization\xe2\x80\x99s planning efforts
  • Assist in the development and support of equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
  • Ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales management to identify and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales report, recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
  • Identify Sales training requirements and execute for the field team
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
EXPERIENCE
  • 3-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales Operations with related responsibilities and BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area (Desirable but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to train, guide or assist others to perform complex assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to reach out and work with senior management
  • Strong capability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, time management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to produce high quality work with key attention to detail. Strong commitment to customer service
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SFDC (including creation of SFDC dashboards)
