My client is a M&E contractor firm
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
daily coordination
, planning, and execution of site work. Liaise withsub-contractors, clients
, and all relevant stakeholders involved in project activities. Attendsite meetings
, inspections, and monitor job progress with timely reporting. Prepare and submit necessary reports and records as required. Work closely with the safety team to prepare safety documents and ensure compliance. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the site.Develop proposals and initial layouts
based on customer requirements. Review tender specifications and prepare technical proposals. Deliver product and application presentations to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance specifications and highlight benefits to clients.Pre-requisites
Diploma/Degree in engineering 1-2 years of experience in Facility Management / M&E Engineering (preferred). Strong problem-solving and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work under tight schedules. * Positive attitude, creativity, and strong teamwork skills.
