  • Singapore Based (Office location: Tuas, working location: Island wide)
  • 5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm)
  • Basic: $3000 to $3500 + Petrol Claim ($700) + Transport Allowance possess own vehicle ($800) + HP claim ($200) + Incentives (Up to $3000 per quarter)
  • Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing / Chemical Engineering with more than 2 years of experience + Project/ Site management experience an added advantage.
  • Holder of Industrial Permits an added advantage

Sales Functions

Perform sales functions as follows:
  • Identify potential clients for the industrial services market segments assigned to him or her with the aim to establish cordial and business relations.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors response, decision-maker\'s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal.
  • Facilitate the preparation of Sales Order through the Customer Service Executive and to work closely with him or her on sales and proper documentation.
  • To prepare periodically, Sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager
Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc.

Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer\'s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.

Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes.

Project Functions * To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements are complied.

Primary Responsibilities: External
  • To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties. Ensuring project requirements & waste collection at customer site are complied.
  • Work closely with sale person and understand the project requirements and plan the schedule.
  • Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators and Environmental Specialist to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
  • To ensure all personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the personnel work activity and review their Job Scope Risk Assessment
  • Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic update on any follow up actions required.
  • Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings to SWM personnel.
  • Review the effectiveness of collection process. Discuss with customer and personnel on improvement ideas before proposing to customer for final approval.
  • To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer. Discuss and feedback to Manager for actions required.
  • To be responsible for investigation meetings, investigation findings, prevention and implementation of corrective actions involving personnel at customer premises.
Primary Responsibilities: Internal
  • To liaise with supervisor with store inventory & request if there\'s a need.
  • Ensure Cleanliness of ISD store & No chemical, toxic or flammable item should be kept in the store.
  • Arrange necessary trainings & courses for SWM personnel (ISD workers and Sales Executive)
  • To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
