Work and liaise with new customers and service existing customers.
Review on customer contracts and project requirements.
Provide clear instructions on order requirements to other departments, in order to enable smooth order fulfilment.
Negotiate and solve problems after orders are closed e.g., due to delays, quality issues, change in requirements, payment disputes, etc.
Document and acknowledge customer instructions for order variations and deviations.
Monitor orders to control costs, update customers on order status and ensure on-time delivery.
Expedite and escalate orders to internal and external stakeholders as necessary, to minimize any delay to customers.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in bolting, piping, structural steel or similar industry.
Diploma or higher Education in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table etc.)
Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, in order to communicate with local and foreign staff.
