Who We Are?P&J Agricultural Trading, Inc., is a Filipino-owned company engaged in the importation and distribution of Animal Nutrition Products, Veterinary Drugs, Biosecurity Products, Equipment and Instruments for Animal Husbandry. It has acquired the specialization in the direct selling of Artificial Insemination materials for cattle, goats, sheep and swine.Since its modest beginnings in September of 1974, P&J has come to be trusted by both clients and suppliers, as it established itself one of the leading providers of Animal Health Care products in the Philippines.The Sales Representative will:

• Ensure the sales and account collection goals for his/her assigned district are achieved within the confined expense budgets.
• Maintain and establish own relationship with customers and respective contacts.
• Expedite the execution of field sales plan
• Contribute the field viewpoint to company management
• Monitor and interpret competitive activities to the company for future market planning and opportunities.
• Assist clients with product inquiries and explain its usefulness and benefit.
• Will serve as the key person to respond to all customer inquiries of handled district / area and relays information and issue to appropriate department.

The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows:

• Candidate must be a Graduate of Veterinary Medicine, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Major in Animal Science), Animal Technology, or any orther related course
• Bachelor's Degree from other related courses are welcome to apply as long as they possess relative work experience on the field
• Candidate should be knowledgeable in Animal Husbandry, various veterinary medicines, and animal vaccines.
• Candidate should also be well-versed on various animal husbandry processes, tools, and equipment.
• Must have knowledge on report documentations and purchasing
• Should have good communication and excellent customer-service skills. Sales experience is a plus.
• Must be organized and should have strong interpersonal skills.
• Can work with little or no supervision with high work integrity.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and must be willing to handle our South Luzon (Batangas and Quezon) Accounts.
• With Valid Driver's License - Professional (Can drive both Manual and Automatic)
