At least 2 years experience is sales and customer service field
Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage preferably assembly.
Familiarity in Semiconductor and Consumables, is preferred.
Execellent in english both oral and written.
Excellent organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Focuses on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume orders.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call report, weekly plans, monthly report and annual product sales.
Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and etc.
Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Helps to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems/ Developing solution, preparing report, making recommendation to management.
Coordinates with Sales Manager on regular business review for the effective execution of sales promotion.
Represents the company and trade fair / exhibit to promote products.
