Job Description

Qualification:

• College graduate
• At least 2 years experience is sales and customer service field
• Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage preferably assembly.
• Familiarity in Semiconductor and Consumables, is preferred.
• Execellent in english both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
• Focuses on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume orders.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call report, weekly plans, monthly report and annual product sales.
• Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques and etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Helps to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems/ Developing solution, preparing report, making recommendation to management.
• Coordinates with Sales Manager on regular business review for the effective execution of sales promotion.
• Represents the company and trade fair / exhibit to promote products.
