Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to business opportunities.
- Prepare project delivery, plan design and review, testing and verification, to ensure that the solution can be stably implemented.
- Quickly solve problems in the progress and receive good comment from customers; promptly feedback problems to corresponding departments with advice valuable for effectively improving products and solution.
- Responsible for internal and external technical question-answering and consulting of company (internal and external: sales representative, building contractors, specialist contractors and building materials dealers)
- External trainings on products of company and technology (including to importers and target customers).
- Support sales department with technical and products sales knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Levels or above, Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge in Wellmate products is an advantage
- Proven experience in construction, building or technical products
- Leadership skills; Practical, team work and realistic and efficient.
