They need self-confidence and the ability to advise customers and recommend products. They are also patient and have a passion for helping shoppers find what they need. Store Assistants can follow procedures correctly and are friendly and polite. They are also comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and personalities.To ensure success, Sales Representative , need to have grounded problem-solving skills and an ability to think on their feet. Ultimately, an outstanding shop assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Maintaining a fully stocked store Recommending and displaying items that match customer needs Welcoming and greeting customers Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all company's policies and procedures for receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor. Addressing and professionally resolving customers' complaints. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed. Examining items and goods for any damage or breaking. Handling objects and goods in a store with care and caution Reporting for duty at the times specified and ensuring that a high standard of personal presentation and appearance is maintained at all times. Performing other related tasks advised by the immediate leader / superior, as well as other related duties to ensure the efficient and effective function operations of the company.To do well as Sales Representative the person we are looking for should have the following preferred qualifications: Graduate of a 4-year course or have at least reached/completed 1 year in college Preferably with at least six (6) months of work/internship experience in retail, hotel, food, or any service-related industry Strong customer service skills
