Job Description


/ Responsibilities:

- Be an ambassador at all times.

- Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalised service towards customers.

- Demonstrate expertise in all products and in-store promotions/activities.

- Maintaining general housekeeping of the retail outlets, ensuring the tidiness of the retail outlets and product displays.

- Gather customer feedback and market information to understand market demands, competition, and provide feedback and suggestions to the team.

- Support for Promotional Activities: Actively participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities, supporting the sales team in achieving promotional objectives.

- Perform inventory replenishment and checks.

Requirements:

- Great passion in the retail environment.

- A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills. Above all, you need to be proactive and keen to learn on-the-go.

- Able to perform retail operational hours which includes the weekend and public holiday.

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Working hours:

8 hours shift - 10.30am to 7.30pm or 11.30am to 8.30pm (including one hour break)

Location:

Near City Hall MRT

Salary: $2500 (Negotiable)
