Sales Representative (fmcg / Modern Trade)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced representative to create solid relationships with key clients and grow the company’s revenue in the assigned channel. Key responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by identifying new business opportunities to maximize distribution, sales and profitability in the modern trade channel. He/She is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external parties. From time to time, he/she may be assigned other projects or tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in executing and optimizing Trade Term Negotiations, the development of channel and customer strategies.
- Manage the operational set-up, monitoring and maintenance of campaigns and contents on the related channels; and day-to-day marketing / operations.
- Assist in rolling out commercial plans and execute strategies & standards within framework developed by Channels & Category Sales development.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience in FMCG / Modern Trade
- Well versed in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent is an added advantage
- Possessing driving license is an added advantage
