Requirements

• Willing to handle Bicol Region
• Can Drive with Professional License or Non-Pro 1,2
• With service motorcycle
• With Good Selling Skills and Leader
• Background in Alcohol, Cosmetics, and Nail Polish is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop existing Accounts and tap new Key Accounts, assess its potential, validate capacity to pay, and endorse favorable credit terms and limits.
• Periodically assess Key Accounts' performance and capacity to pay.
• Allocate Sales Target per Key Account and ensure that it meets company standards.
• Collect account dues on time. Reduce Accounts Receivables within the agreed terms and limits per account.
• Manage assigned accounts, and establish rapport among Key personnel.
• Conduct business reviews regularly & assess profitability per Account.
• Review P.O. prior to submission. Check if orders are served on time.
• Ensure availability of Unistar Asia Mfg Corporation products in their respective outlets, properly displayed/well merchandised.
• Work for the best display location for our products.
• Implement Marketing Plans and Programs of the Company and prepare a progress report.
• Work within the Forecasted Annual Budget and ensure ROI.
• Monitor Sales per outlet & recommend Trade Marketing activities tailored fit to meet each outlet/account's needs to increase productivity.
• Conduct accurate inventory, establish a good reporting system and always be aware of competitors' activities.
• Validate and consolidate reports.
• To hit or exceed Projected Sales Target to assigned Key Accounts and ensure collections.
• Other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-timePay: Php10,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
