Principal Accountabilities
Promote our brand’s personal care products in the store
Provide skin care or scalp consultation to customers
Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers
Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time
Initiative and Ownership
Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display
Provide customer with correct and accurate information on products
Track and update response of marketing activity or promotions
Provide feedback on competitor’s activity and store ranking info
Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language)
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Qualification and Experience
GCE N/ O Level
Minimum 1 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred
Skill Sets
Proven sales track record
Provide excellent customer service at counter
Pleasant looking with good interpersonal skills
Independent, driven, possess initiative and is optimistic
A good team player
Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends, public holidays)
Passionate about the fast-moving consumer goods industry
