Job Description

• Assist in the commercial and management of the business, maximizing sales, inventory management & control.
• To achieve store and brand targets as given.

• Promote our brand’s personal care products in the store
• Provide skin care or scalp consultation to customers
• Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers
• Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time
• Initiative and Ownership
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display
• Provide customer with correct and accurate information on products
• Track and update response of marketing activity or promotions
• Provide feedback on competitor’s activity and store ranking info
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
• Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language)
  

• GCE N/ O Level
• Minimum 1 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred

• Proven sales track record
• Provide excellent customer service at counter
• Pleasant looking with good interpersonal skills
• Independent, driven, possess initiative and is optimistic
• A good team player
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends, public holidays)
• Passionate about the fast-moving consumer goods industry
