Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reservations for Air ticket, visa application, hotel reservations and other ad-hoc travel arrangement.
- Manage and process all travel-related documents, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.
- Work with clients to determine their traveling needs.
- Research travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
- Provide accurate information to clients at all times.
- Meet sales targets and profit goals.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain client information and financial records.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends.
- Time Management
