Responsibilities:

• According to the company's and BU's overall marketing goals and regulatory requirements and the characteristics of the regional market environment, undertake the development and maintenance of key customers and channels, including but not limited to lead mining, communication with relevant stakeholders, customer demand analysis, and solution provision , business negotiation, internal policy acquisition, contract communication and signing, performance follow-up and customer relationship maintenance, etc., so as to continuously improve customer satisfaction and stickiness, and ensure the realization of BU business goals.
• According to the company's business development needs and relevant management specifications, carry out customer after-sales management, including but not limited to after-sales information collection and sorting, problem identification, coordination, feedback, and solution follow-up, to continuously improve customer management level and ensure BU business goals realization.
• Cooperate with market demand research and identification, demand analysis and insight.
• According to the company's relevant management requirements and business development needs, coordinate the relevant departments to complete the relevant cooperation work of the department, assist the relevant departments of the company to complete the common or special work, and cooperate with the implementation of various temporary work assigned by the company's leaders.
• According to the needs of internal and external customers, integrate and coordinate resources, complete temporary work as planned, and meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of related experience
• More than 1 year of fund, wealth management, insurance sales.
