  • Managing inbound sales lead responses through phone and email and working through the qualification process
  • Provide great customer service to facilitate relationship and sales processes, capture key insights, solve problems, and identify and pursue new growth opportunities
  • Remain in consistent contact with established customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and the company's services.
  • Daily integration with CRM to update accounts, leads, contracts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct demonstrations and prepare quotes and proposals
  • Follows through on leads, contacts, and commitments in a timely fashion
  • Work with distributors reps to move the ball forward responsibly and in line with company vision
  • Utilize established Supply Chain processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient delivery of information and material to internal and external customers
  • Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports
  • Work with other internal & external parties to optimize sales activity efficiencies
  • Propose Marketing / promotion activities relevant for the market to grow Sales
  • Work together with e-commerce partner to grow online sales


Qualifications
  • Vietnamese Speaking is a must to reach out to Vietnamese speaking clients
  • 2-3 years relevant sales experience, managing a quota or revenue target
  • A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, continually changing environment
  • Preferably knowledge in the Automotive (Aftermarket) industry
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
