Job Description
Job Summary:
- 5 days\' work
- Ang Mo Kio
- Performance Bonus
- Receive EMAIL from client. Acknowledge mails of customers.
- Quote to the client and update job quoted in the system.
- Send requisition to suppliers and Receive quotes from suppliers.
- Follow up for the purchase order from the client.
- Prepare quotation and Send quotations to client
- Update order received in system.
- Update logistic team to liaise with supplier and arrange for service / spares.
- Once service / spares are arranged, liaise with agents and ensure same is supplied on vessel.
- On job completion, to ensure that service report or D.O is sent to client.
- And signed copy is received from vessel.
- To update job completed in the system.
- Follow ups:
- Follow up with the customers for the queries which are quoted but orders are not placed.
- To cancel the queries which are not confirmed by the clients
- Able to start immediately
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Marine related industry
- Singaporean Only
