Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Prepare quotations, process customer inquiries, and follow up on orders.
Handle documentation including purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
Coordinate local and overseas shipments to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Facilitate communication between sales, production, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
Oversee order processing and track inventory, including rental equipment.
Collaborate with the accounts department to support payment and billing processes.
Manage inventory for new product orders and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
GCE N/O/A Levels, Nitec, Diploma holders with 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Experience in logistics or international freight coordination will be an advantage
