Job Description
Position title : Sales Shipping Coordinator
Location: Ubi
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am /8.30am/9am - 44 hours a week.
Salary : $2,300 - $2,450 ( Depends on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
PROCUREMENT OF CLIMBING, BOULDERING EQUIPMENT
- To work closely with the Sales Manager, Project Executive to purchase, import and export climbing equipment based on Sales Forecast.
- To support the Sales Manager in liaison matters with suppliers, such as returns and credits.
- To check Gebiz.gov.sg daily for ITQs from schools, private individuals and to propose tenders to government agencies/ministries on climbing, bouldering, wall installations, equipment
- To support the Sales Manager, Project Executive to develop and administer the Sales Forecast
- To manage enquiries received on the following channel
- Conduct preliminary assessment and feasibility study before transferring to Projects team for site visit and official quotation
- To support the Sales Manager or Group Directors in the sourcing of climbing equipment or other items for operational needs
- Send out invoices and follow up on payment to complete sales cycle.
- Assist the Sales Manager and Group Directors in general tasks
- Office Administration - order/purchase pantry items such as kitchen towels, detergent, toilet rolls
- Handle Fedex shipping and other logistics company for delivery
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in procurement, administration, IT or related field.
