Job Description

Responsibilities:

Managing social media accounts and ensuring the consistency of all content with the company's messaging and values Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms Monitoring and analysing user metrics and engagement Creating engaging content for the target audience Creating social media advertisements, short video content including video taking and editing Developing and creating social media graphics
Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in hair care / treatment or similar industry Must have experience and familiar with XiaoHongShu (???) platform on short video content and advertisements Must be able to take short video content and editing Proven successful social media campaign(s) are preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers

Training will be provided including overseas seminars and training
