Hiring Now: Sales Solution Engineer


Location: Near Lentor MRT




Position: Sales Solution Engineer


Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + Transport Allowance


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM


Rest Days: 8 days off per month (Weekends Off)


Own Vehicle Required (Transport allowance provided)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Solution Engineer to join our team.




In this role, you will be responsible for developing potential clients by conducting market research, creating tailored solutions, prospecting, and expanding referral networks. You will identify suitable products and co-develop practical solutions to meet the business needs of clients, delivering exceptional service.




You will also work closely with the Customer Service Executive (CSE) to manage and grow existing and potential accounts through strong, long-term relationships.




Responsibilities:




Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities




Prospect and develop leads through various channels




Design and propose practical solutions based on client needs




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction




Build and maintain long-term client relationships




Coordinate with the Customer Service Executive (CSE) on client service and follow-ups

Must have relevant experience in solution-based sales




Own vehicle is required (transport allowance provided)




Strong communication and client management skills




Proactive, independent, and customer-oriented
