is looking for a

Sales & Projects Engineer

to join its closely knitted team.

The Job

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Explain to clients on how a product will best satisfy their needs: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to existing and prospective customers. Show how the company's products are better than the competitors. Manage and interpret customer requirements: Talk to customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Collaborate with colleagues and supplier to understand customer requirements and provide sales support such as helping clients identify problems with installed equipment. Recommend improved materials, machinery or parts to customers, showing how changes will lower cost, increase production and/or solve clients' problems. Work as a team to gather information to submit tender. Frequent travelling locally to visit clients and monitor installation progress at job sites.

The Requirements

The incumbent must have the acumen to learn and understand the mechanical and engineering aspects of the systems. It is not necessary to own a car as company vehicle will be provided, but a class 3 driving license is a must-have. Strong interpersonal skill is necessary for this role for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the internal as well as the extended overseas team.
