Castlery is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team.

We are committed in providing high-quality and stylish furniture to our valued customers. Our flagship store, located at Orchard Liat Towers totaling a 24,000 sq ft across two floor, our largest showroom to date featuring an enhanced store experience that complements the customer\'s online-to-offline shopping experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for furniture and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized service to our diverse clientele. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in showcasing our products, understanding customer needs, and facilitating a seamless purchasing process.

What you\'ll be doing

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
• Listen actively to customers\' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers, emails, chats, and other sales channels.
• Recommend design-focused solutions tailored to customers\' requirements (style of home d\xc3\xa9cor desired, floor plan, etc.).
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Work closely with cross departments to ensure customer satisfaction are met.
• Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, receiving / issuing stocks, and monthly high accuracy stock take.
• Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor.

What you\'ll need

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home d\xc3\xa9cor, or related industries.
• High energy in delivering the best customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
• Commitment in giving and receiving feedback - you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance.
• Willingness to learn and embrace Castlery\'s guidelines, golden standards, and vision.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good work ethic and can present yourself well.
• Excellent team player.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Curiosity. You stay relevant and updated with furniture trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
• Bilingual language skills a plus, depending on the target customer demographic.
