Job responsibilities:
In consultation with the General Manager, develop a quarterly sales plan
Network and source for information relating to planned opening of new food centres, food courts, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants and follow up to engage the owners or project managers and understand their needs
Do sales presentations to prospects and show them samples
Prepare quotations and seek approval from the General Manager
Present sales proposals and quotations to prospects and negotiate terms with them subject to limits set by the Company
Engage existing customers regularly showing presence so as to spot sales opportunities
Work with the Sales Coordinator to follow up with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment/ delivery of goods according to the sales orders
Deal with issues raised by customers; escalate them to the General Manager if necessary
Collect sales proceeds from the customers and chase them if necessary
Prepare and analyse sales records regularly to review sales performance and identify opportunities for more sales and areas of concerns.
Propose and execute follow up actions to realise the sales opportunities or address the concerns
Perform other assignments as assigned by the management
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
