Position Summary

As a subject matter expert in pre-sales and pursuit activities, you will act in of support Account Managers focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for the Wealth proposition in the ASEAN market with both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to the Wealth proposition and serve accounts within the ASEAN market. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

Role Responsibilities

Structure, negotiate and close deals

Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, governed by the Market Development Team and with the support of the Account Managers

Develop the sales strategy for the Wealth proposition within the ASEAN market

Provide insights and share thought leadership on the Wealth proposition with customers

Deliver customer demonstrations on the Wealth proposition

Qualifications and Experience Required

Deep market understanding including a) expert understanding of financial markets b) knowledge of the Wealth Advisory & Retail Self-Directed investment markets, and c) a strong understanding of customers\' business model workflow

World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition / consultative selling) as a \xe2\x80\x9chunter\xe2\x80\x9d

Strong sales \xe2\x80\x9ccloser\xe2\x80\x9d

Be a Product and Workflow Expert in Wealth Proposition Products, in particular those related to Wealth Advisory Front Office Solutions such as trading, advising and managing private investor portfolios

Creative thinker and good sales idealization skills

Presentation skills (verbal & written)

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to organize and execute a sales plan

Executive presence

Over 5 years of industry, sales or market experience

Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment

Experience selling to C- level executives
