Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Business Partner to join our organization and serve as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders in the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various business units, primarily focusing on sales and commercial digital solutions, supply chain, and other relevant departments. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and aligning IT strategies to support their objectives. You will represent the APAC region and ensure effective communication between the IT department and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: * Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the APAC region, including sales, commercial digital solutions, supply chain, and other relevant departments. Understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.

  • IT Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities where technology can drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Align IT strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their technology requirements, pain points, and goals. Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements and ensure effective communication between business units and the IT team.
  • Solution Development and Delivery: Partner with the IT team to develop and deliver technology solutions that address business challenges. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they align with the organization\'s goals and deliver high-quality solutions and services. Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Change Management: Support stakeholders through technology changes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Develop change management plans, provide training and support, and address any concerns or resistance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT solutions. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management regarding project progress, performance, and business impact.
  • Industry and Technology Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to sales, commercial digital solutions, supply chain, and other relevant areas. Apply knowledge to identify innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8 years) as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial digital solutions, supply chain, and related business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Experience in project management, including requirements gathering, solution development, and delivery.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and trends, such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, supply chain management software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ideally experience in B2C or B2B2C relating industries
