Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and dynamic

Sales Supervisor

to oversee our sales operations at offline promotional events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of on-site activities, recruiting and managing part-time sales associates, and driving team performance towards achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise the sales team during offline events to meet performance goals. Recruit, train, and manage part-time sales associates to ensure service quality and compliance. Monitor daily sales performance, provide timely feedback, and implement improvement strategies. Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Handle on-site customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Compile and report sales results to management regularly. Conduct team briefings to communicate sales goals and activity updates.

Requirements:



Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team supervision (retail, events, or financial services preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site challenges independently. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event periods.
