Responsible for the entire sales cycle. Actively generating new leads and develop new business opportunities. Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with existing clients Follow-up on leads and sales inquires Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target. Providing information about services/sales/discounts to businesses/organizations Handling customer issues Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. Manage and grow individual sales pipeline Follow-up on leads and sales inquires. Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients * Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
