Supervise and guide the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
Set and monitor sales targets for individuals and the team.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to support business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
