Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns as required.
Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
