A Restaurant Supervisor the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, staff performance, and overall efficiency. They are responsible for managing both the front and back of house, coordinating with chefs and staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.


Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and handling complaints or issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with the kitchen team. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget goals. Prepare and manage staff rosters, payroll, and shift scheduling. Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and attract customers. Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and organization of the restaurant at all times. * Analyze sales data and prepare performance and financial reports for senior management.
