Job Responsibilities



Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance or coaching to improve results. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and service. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.

Job Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

, with at least

1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and market trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or sales reporting tools. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays (if required).
