Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers.
Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively.
Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback.
Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment.
Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
