Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the construction material store, ensuring proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate stock records through systematic inventory management and documentation. Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock variances, and prepare monthly inventory reports. Coordinate with the procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials to various project sites. Supervise and lead store personnel to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and housekeeping. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements. Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth material flow and stock control.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of relevant working experience

in

storekeeping or warehouse supervision

within the

construction or engineering industry

. Bachelor Degree Min required. Sound knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Proficient in inventory management systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to manage on-site store operations effectively.

Remuneration and Benefits

Monthly Salary:

SGD 3,500 - 4,200
