Ensures the achievement of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Target.
Provides leadership and overall strategic direction to the sales unit.
Is responsible for the management & staff development: talent acquisition/selection, direction setting, feedback and coaching, performance management and development planning.
Ensures that the Company's agreed quality standards are maintained about its products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieves the business goals including revenue, inventory review, sales forecasting, and business growth for all product portfolios.
Conducts weekly business reviews to exhibit achievement of sales goals in all assigned accounts.
Presents monthly business review to the National Sales Manager and the General Manager
Regularly conducts internal communication to facilitate respective teams' external requirements (Internal Process Flow/Forms)
Focuses on team management, development, and succession planning.
Manages key relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ensures effective and efficient territory coverage is realized.
Manages and authorizes business expenses per account within allocated expense budget
Thoroughly checks the expense reports before submitting to the National Sales Manager.
Provides regular sales coaching in the field and by phone (e.g. pre-/post-call planning/review; feedback re: written sales reports; etc.), ensuring sales process are utilized effectively
Monitors sales revenue targets and growth on a weekly and monthly basis, promptly discussing analysis findings with sales team and agreeing on actions to maintain growth, turnaround negative growth or seek new opportunities.
Monitors competitive activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively
Provides information, requirements and creates demands on project requirements for new hospitals and accounts not listed on respective territories.
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
Preferably, 3 to 5 years Sales management experience from within the Medical Devices/Instrumentation field/ Consumables/ Medical Supplies.
Proven people management experience preferably with establishing and motivating a sales team
Demonstrable track record developing business plans, goal setting and team building, people management
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
Proven evidence of Leadership Expectation
