Job Description

Main Responsibilities:



Manage daily phone calls and email correspondence with suppliers and customers. Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, quotations, ordering processing and maintaining accurate records. Provide administrative support to technical team including quotation, coordinating service schedule, parts deliveries, and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. Manage, and send targeted email campaigns to potential and existing customers to drive sales, promotions, and product launches. Perform other administrative tasks and operational task as assigned by management.


Requirements:



GCE "O" level or above; diploma or degree preferred. At least 1-2 years experience in related field Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office) * A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
