Assist to Handling incoming call and enquiry and updating customer about ongoing request
Coordinate logistic matters which include warehouse management & delivery
Purchase Order (PO) Processing, including issuing and receipt
Sales order (SO) processing including process invoices, update order status,
consolidate, maintain data and delivery order processing
Packing of outgoing goods prior to delivery
Preparation of Account payable and key entry into company's bank Giro
Preparation of Payroll and entry into the company's bank Giro
Ensure proper filing for all documentation & Tax filing
Liaise with the Finance Department and Sales team on the collection of payment
Provide administration Support when necessary
Maintain and ensure compliance
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Min 1-2 years of related experience
Able to work independently and can start work immediately
Good communications and interpersonal skills are essentials
