Job Description

Our clients are looking for a meticulous Sales Support Administrator to assist the sales team with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and clients.


Key Responsibilities:



Prepare quotations, invoices, and documentation Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer requests Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services Maintain customer databases and manage sales records Support sales team with administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:



Diploma in Business or related field At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
