Job Description

We're looking for a responsible and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team. You will play an important behind-the-scences role in ensuring quotations, orders, and client communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.





The ideal candidate enjoys team work, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable juggling administrative and coordination tasks in a fast paced environment. It requires a strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.





Key Responsibilities:



Assist project sales team in preparing quotations, sales proposals, contracts Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams (workshop, procurement, and accounts). Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or details Maintain accurate records of enquiries , quotations , and orders Help project timelines by supporting communication and document flow Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably within the

Manufacturing

industry. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. Team player with a proactive attitude and supportive attitude. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially

Excel and Power Point.
