An exciting Sales Support Associate (Financial Institution) job has just become available at a reputable global financial institution based in Singapore. You will report directly to the Head of Sales team, based in Singapore.

About the Sales Support Associate (Financial Institution) Role:
Your main responsibility will include providing a range of support to the sales team. The clientele that the company services include financial institutions such as multi-family offices, external asset managers, securities brokerage firms, UHNWs, and various fund houses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of institutional partners by conducting proper documentation
• Review and preparing KYC pack for the Compliance Go-to Person for client enquiries in the day-to-day business
• Ensure high quality assistance to our clients and sales administration
• Provide full support to all Sales team members to ensure good internal service level and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations
• Contribute to improve systems and tools in internal project boards
• Other administration/support tasks as assignment from the Department Heads
• Proactively suggesting new ideas on way to improve our business objectives and processes

To succeed in this Sales Support Associate (Financial Institution) role, you will need to have experience in supporting the front office team in managing the after-sales operations and client account management. The right candidate also possesses a positive attitude and support the team where needed, even if outside of regular scope of work.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent from a renowned established institution
• Preferably three to seven years of relevant experience in any financial services, with experience in managing institutional and UHNW clients
• Proactive and possess an ability to initiative new ideas
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Experience working in an environment which requires close business engagement and interaction
• Comfortable working in a time-sensitive and critical environment
• Candidate requiring work visa in Singapore need not apply
