What the role is:Singapore Science Centre Global Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Science Centre Board and its mission is to promote the range of science related products developed by the Science Centre to our overseas customers. We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join Singapore Science Centre Global Pte Ltd as a Sales Support Associate.What you will be working on:The Sales Support Associate will support the pre-sales and post-sales processes for the Asia region. This includes creating sales collaterals, purchase orders, invoicing, responding to customer queries and making logistical arrangements for workshops and events. This function also requires the candidate to manage different projects. He/she may be required to travel overseas to support the sales process when necessary.What we are looking for:The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a business-related function such as Sales, Marketing or Account Management. He/she must have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. He/she needs to have strong project management skills and administrative support to sales teams and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines from time to time. The candidate must be an independent self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision. He/she should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt easily to rapidly changing environments.
