Job Summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Support Associate to join the team, supporting Singapore and Southeast Asia region.

Sales Support Associate is the primary contact for service-related needs and is responsible to provide support to Client Advisors by working with various product partners and operations to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to clients.

The Business

J.P. Morgan Asset Management ("JPMAM") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers a complete spectrum of investment strategies - including Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset to Alternatives such as Infrastructure, Private Equity, Real Estate and Hedge Funds.

The Singapore Funds Business market investment products through intermediaries (for example Securities firms, Banks, Financial Advisors, Insurance companies) who, in turn, market these products to individual investors.

Singapore and Southeast Asia Institutional and Southeast Asia Funds and Institutional Business market investment products to Asset Managers, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension, Endowments, Insurance companies and Central Banks in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Job Responsibilities * The individual will be part of the Sales Support team and directly supporting the Singapore and Southeast Asia sales teams.

• Activities of the Sales Support team include preparing and disseminating business, product and market reports / analysis and to ensure that the documents are cleared for external dissemination.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other functional areas to handle client enquiries and Request for Information/Request for Proposal
• Assist in coordination and logistics for sales events, trainings, seminars and coordinate with internal parties for all related materials.
• Maintain records and various logs for the sales team.
• The role requires a thorough understanding of internal procedures and control framework.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills * Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Business or Finance or other related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of client service / sales support experience from Asset Management firms or Financial Institutions
• Good working knowledge of Asset Management investment products and business nuances.
• Strong analytical and organization skills to operate in fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills on servicing and ability to maintain and deepen relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends, as required by event schedules.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Knowledge in Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg and Salesforce would be an advantage.
