. You'll play a vital role in supporting the sales team through efficient order processing, documentation management, and customer service excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare quotations (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and invoices to support daily sales operations.
Manage sales records and documentation accurately, ensuring proper e-filing and retrieval.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
Provide timely administrative assistance to improve overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Continuously update product knowledge and adapt to new systems and tools within the marine industry.
Handle other administrative or sales-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent; knowledge of the marine industry is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or sales support functions.
Familiarity with marine electronics or prior experience in the marine sector will be advantageous.
Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
