Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description


  • Responsible for order processing using SAP CRM and sales coordination.
  • Check customer orders / sales contracts to ensure pricing, terms of sales and delivery terms are in order.
  • Monitor outstanding customer orders and payment issues before delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage administration and documentation for smooth flow of sales operation.
  • Liaise with various departments (Materials Management, Production, Shipping, Accounts and Application Engineering) in relation to sales orders.
  • Monitor customer’s orders with suppliers and communicate closely with customers.
  • Provide support to sales team in handling sales related matters.
  • Circulate and perform electronic filing of quotations, contract confirmations and other related sales documents in the archive system.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechatronics.
  • NITEC mechatronics relevant courses + 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
  • Able and willing to learn on the job.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Familarity with use of SAP would be advantageous.
